The Housing Council´s projects are largely funded by grants from New York State and the USDA Rural Development. The work of the Council itself that enables us to write and administer those grants is supported by:
- Administrative fees from some grants
- Modest fees from clients
- Grants from New York State and NeighborWorks® America, and
- Increasingly by donations from generous individuals and businesses in St. Lawrence County.
